Publication Ethics

Evegenis Publications is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. This statement outlines the ethical responsibilities of authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher involved in the scholarly publishing process.

Duties of Authors

Authors submitting manuscripts to Evegenis Publication must ensure that their work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. All sources must be properly cited, and any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation is strictly prohibited. Authors must accurately present their research findings and provide sufficient detail to allow verification. All individuals who have made significant contributions to the research must be listed as authors, and all listed authors must consent to the submission and publication of the manuscript.

Authors are required to disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that may influence the research or its interpretation. Where applicable, ethical approval and informed consent must be obtained and clearly stated in the manuscript. Authors must cooperate with the editorial process and respond promptly to reviewer comments. If a significant error is discovered after publication, authors are obliged to notify the editor and cooperate in issuing corrections or retractions.

Duties of Editors

Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts solely on their academic merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without discrimination based on the authors’ race, gender, nationality, institutional affiliation, or political beliefs. Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by commercial interests.

Editors must ensure a fair and confidential peer-review process, select qualified reviewers, and avoid conflicts of interest. Unpublished materials disclosed in submitted manuscripts must not be used in an editor’s own research without the author’s explicit written consent. Editors are also responsible for addressing ethical complaints, investigating suspected misconduct, and taking appropriate action, including corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern when necessary.

Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers assist editors in making publication decisions and help authors improve the quality of their manuscripts through objective and constructive feedback. Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents and must not share or use unpublished material for personal advantage.

Reviews should be conducted objectively, without personal criticism of the author. Reviewers must identify relevant published work that has not been cited and inform the editor of any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under review and other published works. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed, and reviewers should decline review if such conflicts exist.

Duties of the Publisher

Evegenis Publications is responsible for supporting the editorial process, ensuring ethical oversight, and maintaining the integrity of the academic record. The publisher works closely with editors to establish policies, investigate ethical concerns, and take corrective actions when required.

The publisher ensures that commercial considerations do not compromise editorial independence and that all published content adheres to ethical and legal standards.

Plagiarism and Misconduct

All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, redundant publication, data manipulation, or other forms of misconduct will be rejected or retracted as appropriate. Evegenis Publication follows established procedures to investigate suspected ethical violations and takes corrective measures to maintain scholarly integrity.

Retractions and Corrections

Published articles may be corrected or retracted in cases of proven misconduct, major errors, or ethical violations. Retraction notices will clearly state the reason for retraction and will remain permanently linked to the original article.

Ethical Compliance

By submitting a manuscript to Evegenis Publication, all authors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement.
